Expanding Our Provider Network for Nationwide Impact
At Moonah Health, we are committed to building a robust and accessible telehealth network dedicated to providing specialized menopause care to women across the United States. As part of this vision, we are actively engaged in a phased rollout strategy that carefully ensures that every provider in our network is fully prepared and every state complies with necessary regulations before launching patient services. This methodical approach allows us to scale thoughtfully while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Determining Provider Readiness
We are currently assessing which doctors and nurse practitioners are fully equipped to begin seeing patients. This involves:
• Licensing and Malpractice Coverage: Verifying that all practitioners have met the licensing requirements in their respective states and that they carry the appropriate malpractice insurance.
• Training and Compliance: Ensuring that every provider is up-to-date on Moonah Health’s telehealth protocols, including HIPAA compliance, patient intake procedures, and treatment guidelines specific to menopause care.
• Technology Integration: Making sure all practitioners are comfortable using the Healthie platform for patient interactions, documentation, and telehealth consultations. Providers must be familiar with every aspect of the platform to ensure seamless patient care from day one.
Phased State Rollouts
Our goal is to roll out services across the country, but we recognize that every state operates with unique healthcare regulations and provider availability. To manage this effectively, we are focusing first on the states where:
• Provider Networks Are Ready: States with established practitioners ready to provide care will be prioritized for launch. In these areas, we are finalizing operational processes, including patient scheduling, telehealth setup, and legal compliance, so that services can begin immediately.
• Compliance Has Been Ensured: States where all telehealth compliance measures, including state-specific regulations, have been met will move to the top of the list for rollout. This ensures that we meet the legal and operational standards required for safe, effective care delivery.
For states where we are still working to onboard practitioners or complete compliance processes, we remain focused on building the network. This includes continued recruitment of qualified doctors and nurse practitioners and ensuring they are fully prepared to start seeing patients.
Recruitment and Growth
We are actively recruiting new practitioners in states where we have not yet launched services. As a current member of our network, we encourage you to refer colleagues who share our passion for accessible, quality care for women navigating menopause. The more providers we bring into the network, the faster we can launch services in every state and reach more patients in need of specialized care.
If you’re located in a state where the rollout is still pending, your referrals are crucial to accelerating the process. By helping to expand our network, you play a direct role in Moonah Health’s success, and as the network grows, everyone wins—from the practitioners who become part of this innovative community to the women who benefit from expanded access to menopause care.
Next Steps for National Expansion
As each state becomes fully staffed and ready to meet the operational requirements, we will proceed with launching patient services. Our goal is to establish a strong, nationwide presence that delivers high-quality menopause care to women across the U.S. We will continue to provide regular updates on our progress, so stay tuned to learn when your state will be ready for launch.
We are confident that by working together, Moonah Health will become the largest and most trusted telehealth network for menopause care in the country. Our phased approach ensures that every patient receives the best possible care, and with your help, we can continue to expand our reach, ensuring that no woman is left without the care she deserves.
By growing our network and remaining focused on operational excellence, we are making a lasting impact on women’s health—one state at a time. Thank you for being part of this exciting journey.
